Privacy Policy
Effective date: 24 October 2026
IteraPath Studio operates Resonant Rift and this website. This policy explains the information processed when you use the game, obtain Music Packs, visit this website, or contact us. Contact: developer@iterapath.com.
Game data and installation statistics
You do not need to register a game account. Game settings, progress and installed content are stored on your device. Having no registration does not mean that no information is processed by our services.
We record successful Music Pack installations to understand content use and improve our music and game experience. These records use a randomly generated application installation ID, Music Pack ID and revision, installation category, reporting sequence and counts, and first and most recent reporting times. Categories distinguish ordinary installations, purchases and test activity. An installation ID is not your Apple or Google account and a count of IDs is not a count of people.
Installation reporting does not determine your purchases or permission to play. A reporting failure does not cancel a successful installation.
Purchases and content delivery
Apple or Google processes payments through the platform store. RevenueCat and our delivery service process the anonymous purchase identity, product and transaction associations, purchase status, and related verification information needed to verify purchases, restore access and deliver licensed content. We do not receive your payment-card details from the game purchase flow.
Cloudflare provides website hosting, content delivery and backend infrastructure, including the installation-statistics database. AWS provides infrastructure used for music delivery. These providers may process technical request information, such as IP address, requested address, request time and device/browser information, to deliver and protect their services. Our backend also uses IP addresses for request-rate protection.
Website visits and support
This website has no game-account sign-in, web checkout or advertising SDK. Website analytics are described separately below. Hosting and security providers may still process requests and use necessary security technologies. If you email us, we receive the email address, message and any information you choose to include. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or store authentication material.
Website analytics
The Google Analytics integration described here applies only to this website. It does not collect activity from the Resonant Rift iOS or Android apps, and we do not link its identifiers to game installation or purchase identifiers.
We use Google Analytics to understand website visits, navigation, interactions with the website's rhythm illustration, and soundtrack previews. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, contact-message contents, game account details or payment information to Google Analytics. Google processes cookies or similar browser identifiers, browser/device information, approximate location and website interaction events. These data may constitute personal data under applicable law; we use the resulting reports for website statistics and improvement.
Using Google Analytics means that website measurement data is transmitted to and processed by Google as our analytics service provider, subject to Google's applicable terms and privacy policies. We do not sell these website analytics data or independently provide them to other third parties. Google's authorized processing providers and disclosures required by law remain governed by Google's terms and applicable law. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services and Google's Privacy Policy.
Our Google Analytics account enables optional modeling contributions and business insights, technical support, and business recommendations. Google may use aggregated, de-identified Analytics data for modeling and industry insights, access Analytics data when needed for technical support, and use Analytics account information for recommendations and optimization guidance. The separate “Google products & services” sharing option is disabled. See Google's data-sharing explanation.
We configure event-level and user-level Analytics data retention to 14 months. This setting does not set one expiry date for every aggregate report, browser cookie or provider record. We do not enable Google Signals, user-provided-data collection or advertising personalization for this website integration.
You can manage or block cookies using your browser settings and use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on where supported. Blocking analytics does not prevent use of our website. Contact developer@iterapath.com to exercise applicable access, deletion, restriction or objection rights; we may need information to locate browser-based records. See Accounts and data deletion and our User Terms.
Use and sharing
We use the information described above to operate and secure the game, verify and restore purchases, deliver content, measure successful installations, improve the experience and answer support requests. We use service providers for those purposes and may disclose information where required by applicable law or to protect legal rights and service security. We do not sell your personal information or use installation statistics for targeted advertising.
Providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Their services also have their own privacy terms: Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Cloudflare and AWS.
Accounts and data deletion
Resonant Rift by IteraPath Studio does not offer game-account registration or sign-in. You do not create a Resonant Rift account, so there is no game account to close or delete. Your Apple Account or Google Account used for store purchases is separate and is managed by Apple or Google.
Remove data on your device
To remove the game's local settings, progress and downloaded content, delete the app and its data using your device's app-management settings. On iOS, use Delete App rather than Offload App if you want to remove its local data. On Android, you can clear the app's storage or uninstall it. Removing local data does not cancel or refund store purchases and does not automatically delete service records or copies in device backups.
Request deletion of service data
No game account does not mean that no data is processed. Installation statistics, purchase-verification records, delivery records and support correspondence are described in this policy. To ask us to locate and delete data associated with your use of Resonant Rift, email developer@iterapath.com with the subject “Resonant Rift data deletion request”. Tell us which platform you use and what data you want deleted. You do not need to register an account or reinstall the game to contact us.
We may ask for additional information to locate pseudonymous records and verify your request. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or store authentication material. Records needed for legal obligations, security, purchase recovery or transaction reconciliation may need to be retained; we will explain any applicable limits when responding. Apple, Google and other providers control records they hold under their own policies. See Retention and deletion below for further details.

Retention and deletion
Our installation statistics currently have no fixed automatic expiry or scheduled deletion. Capacity limits can stop further reporting; they do not delete existing records. Purchase-verification and delivery records may be retained to support recovery, security and transaction reconciliation. Expiry of a download permission does not mean every associated record has been deleted. Service-provider logs and transaction records follow their applicable policies; we do not promise a single retention period for all providers.
Removing the app or its local data does not automatically erase records already held by our services, RevenueCat or a platform store. To request access, correction or deletion, or ask about retention, email us. We may need information to locate the relevant pseudonymous records and verify the request. Requests are handled subject to applicable law, necessary purchase-recovery/security records and the relevant provider's procedures; this policy does not promise immediate deletion of all records.
Your choices and updates
Your rights depend on where you live and may include access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and a complaint to the appropriate regulator. Contact us to exercise applicable rights or raise a concern about a child's information. Payment and platform-account information can also be managed with the relevant store. Changes to this policy will appear here with an updated effective date; material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
